VentilAQUA will be present in the 5th International Conference on Water Economics, Statistics and Finance and the International Conference on Rethinking Treatment with Asset Management. Occurring every 4 years since 2005 and being the fourth time in a row under a Joint Conference format (2009, 2013, and 2017), the present edition of the parallel conferences mainly focus: the balance between Economics, Engineering, and Statistics towards the enhancement of urban water cycle management, for the first one, and the Asset Management for effective water treatment and reuse, for the second.
Like the last three editions, the event is jointly organized by the IWA Specialist Group on Statistics and Economics and by the IWA Specialist Group on Strategic Asset Management. This time, it will take place in the attractive city of Porto, where old-fashion houses merge with modern look spots and lifestyle, leaning between the shorelines of Douro’s River mouth and the sea, in the north of Portugal.
